Roy Wilkinson Shihan travels regularly to Japan for training with Masaaki Hatsumi Soke and his senior students, as do other instructors and students of the Atlanta Bujinkan Dojo.
These trips to Japan allow students to further their training by receiving direct instruction and feedback from the most senior Bujinkan instructors in the world.
We highly encourage students of all levels to remember that we are all students, no matter what rank we hold. It is important to go to the source of the teachings, to experience the art first hand.
These trips are often organized to allow dojo members to travel together and enjoy the camaraderie. We also help each other learn how to travel the other side of the world, to an amazing country, and to be a good guest there.
